Red matte/satin/cream lipstick?

i'm looking for a red non-shiny lipstick. i have naturally red lips but my upper %26amp; lower lip tones are different. i dont like the conventional ones that look too serious/old/mature on me. im 16. i dont like shiny ones so i thought of buying matte but sis says it doesn't look good. she said try cream or satin instead. what is that exactly?how does it seem like?cream sounds good,my impression its matte+creamy.oh yeah and im thinking cheaper brands like revlon/maybelline. tx.Red matte/satin/cream lipstick?
