Running mascara definitely. Bleeding lipstick is a quick fix. Running mascara can take more time and a makeup reapplication.What's WORSE? Runnig Mascara or Bleeding Lipstick?
Running Mascara beecause its look so clumsy and horrendous. Bleeding lipstic at least look somewhat sexy in certain situation.
Running mascara for sure I look straight out of a horror movie when that happens! %26amp; at least bleeding lipstick is easy to wipe!

coz it makes your eyes look like they've got dark circles, if you try wiping it off, it'll look even worse...





bleeding lipstick can be wiped off, it will look ok, once wiped!

You can get away with running mascara looking a little rock%26amp;roll, but bleeding lipstick makes you look like an old lady who forgot where her lips where.
