You said the clothes were washed and dried. Its hard to remove stain after they have been thru the laundry procedure. Try oxiclean mix it with water to form a paste and then apply it to your clothes..leave it for several hours and then rinse out the oxiclean and hopefully the lipstick stain is gone. Wash your clothes over again in the washer and dryer.How do you get ride of lipstick stain?
You've probably set the stain by using a dryer.
* Fresh Lipstick can be removed by using a Hydrocarbon solvent at 40 - 60 C (104 - 140 F). You can still try spraying stained area with hair spray then washing it with Oxiclean.

saturate the lipstick spots with WD-40 and pre-wash!
AND PRESTO! LIPSTICK IS GONE!
