How do I remove MULTIPLE lipstick stains from my carpet?

My dear 21 month old child colored on the carpet while she was at home with Daddy...*sigh*...I found one sight for removal, but there are 8 different things I have to use (multiply that by 13 different spots on the carpet), anyone know of a good all-in-one for lipstick?How do I remove MULTIPLE lipstick stains from my carpet?

Try fine steel wool wet with detergent and water for carpet.I have not tried but I got it from a stain remover book.

- Here' s how to clean the stains that young Pecaso caused:-





1. Pour dry cleaning fluid over the stain.


2. Blot with a dry, white cloth.


3. Apply a small amount of mild liquid detergent to the stain.


4. Blot again with the cloth.


5. Flood the stain with water.


6. Blot again with the cloth.


7. Pour a small amount of ammonia on the stain.


8. Blot again with the cloth.


9. Apply a little more liquid detergent.


10. Blot again with the cloth.


11. Flood the area with water.


12. Blot one last time.





Tips %26amp; Warnings





* Dry cleaning fluid can be purchased at home supply stores or the dry cleaners. Always test the cleaning solutions on an inconspicuous part of the carpet before using them on a large area.


* Use a white cloth rather than a colored one to prevent any dyes from coming off on the carpet.


* As you blot, keep turning the cloth so that you are using a clean, dry section to pick up the stain and the cleaning fluids from the carpet. Don't rub.


* If using a brush to help clean the stain, always brush from the outer edges of the spill inward to prevent the stain from spreading.

sorry, i saw the question ';how do I remove MULTIPLE lipstick stains from my carpet?'; and wondered what kind of a woman, and what sort of activity, would result in lipstick getting on the carpet, so i came on in. but then i saw the situation, and sorry, i don't know. but the visuals i got for about 5 seconds was great.
tell daddy you want new carpet, then he will find something to get it out.

different from what u wrote as the question.could'nt tell you what i really imagined about u with the lipstick.anyways coming back to the problem,i would reccomemed you to use some stain remover with soap or nail remover.maybe it works!
Goo Gone will take it out, Walmart carries it
I would try Oxi Clean... I use it on my carpets for dog stains and just regular foot traffic and it works great.
